18TH ANNUAL GENERAL
ASSEMBLY - SUNDAY, 3 MARCH 2003
The Assembly reviewed and approved the minutes
of the 17th AGM, annual report and the statement
of accounts of the Association for 2002. It also
elected an Executive Committee and an auditor
for 2003.
The Committee consists of the following officials:
President: Ruvan de Alwis Vice President:
Chandika Indikadahena Secretary: Upeka de Almeida
Treasurer: Chinta Rajap
Committee Members: Vitus Fernando, Thasan
Mathavan, Lalani Lokumarambage, Simon Weerasuriya
Honorary Auditor: Kenneth Dassanaike
The Vice President was selected at the first
Executive Meeting.

Details relating to the event will be posted on
the web site (www.slageneva.org). If any Member
wishes to help in the preparation for this event,
they are kindly requested to contact either Ruvan,
Chandika (022 791 2846) Chinta or Upeka (022 7960175).
The entrance fee will be CHF 15.- for members
(children under 18yrs free) and CHF 25.- for non-members
(children under 18yrs CHF 10.-). Those who wish
to renew/join SLAG may do so at the entrance and
benefit from the member rate.

FÊTE DE LA MUSIQUE - 20-22 JUNE 2003
Proceeds from the stall are allocated to our charity
projects. Without widespread support we cannot
continue our participation in this event and thus
we request those members that would like to volunteer
in the catering, serving of food and drink and
other activities that we have planned, to contact
Ruvan at 022 738-1846 or 078 8524360 or Chinta
on 022 341 5358 by 30 April 2003.
YEAR END PARTY - 6 DECEMBER 2003
Please note the date and that it will take place
at the Salle Communale in Bellevue.
